I was clear on this and they worked around it as best as they could since I was pretty much dependent on the bus system. Apple was the one I loved working for and they were steady and reliable for what they expected and how they operated. When Best Buy took the contract then things got so much worse. Systems were poorly designed and we couldnt log in for a month afterwards, and they asked for two days to work with these issues for 13 hours on a weekend, 6am to 7pm. I was constantly asked to work weekends that I told management I couldnt work but often was bounced around so much it was impossible to keep up with who knew what.
